THE FINE PRINT: In order to receive your gift card, the following must occur. The person(s) you refer MUST write Lamar Stone & APARTMENT DISPATCH on all guest cards & on their rental application! If more than one person is applying for the apartment, Lamar Stone & APARTMENT DISPATCH must be written on each additional application. Only one gift card can be earned per lease. The person(s) you refer must apply, be approved, and move in to their apartment. Gift card will be mailed ONLY after the person(s) you referred have actually moved in to their apartment & then only after APARTMENT DISPATCH has been paid by the apartment community to which the referral moved. Please note that it can take up to 90 days for apartment properties to pay us! There is no limit to the number of referrals you may send to us.
